As a Business & Transformation trainee, you have endless opportunities to develop yourself and play an important role in the changes within our company. With your strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and proactive attitude, you contribute immediately during your traineeship. You are a driving force behind the improvement of our products, services, and initiatives, to care for what our customers and society truly value.
You get the chance to gain experience in different fields, including Data and AI, marketing and UX/CX, and project, change and operational management. Whether you choose to explore different areas or specialize in one area, the choice is yours! Moreover, your assignment can be in any part of the company, depending on your background and learning goals. So, the traineeship gives you the freedom to create your own path within NN!

This is what your traineeship looks like
The entire traineeship has a duration of two years. In these two years you will have 3 rotations, meaning you will have the chance to work at three different assignments throughout NN Group. The third year we will find you a fixed role in the company but don't worry, we will still support you.
You simply love figures and cannot wait to optimise these figures at the least possible risk. One of your main talents that you will be tapping into is your aptitude for analytical thinking as this helps you maintain a critical view. And with your creative mind, you come to smart solutions. This is how you aim for the best result. Furthermore, as a NN Group trainee:
- You have completed your master's degree no later than the 1st of September and you have a maximum of two years of work experience after your graduation date.
- You are driven by learning and development in your career as well as a person.
- You like to take initiative, have a great sense of responsibility and do not give up until you have reached your goals.
- You have strong communication skills that you want to use to inspire and motivate others.
- You certainly want to join an internationally operating corporation.
